How do I cancel an order?
If your order has not shipped, you may cancel it for any reason at no charge.
Is everything always in stock?
Usually, but there may be odd times when certain products we carry become temporarily unavailable or backordered, and shipment may be delayed. If this occurs you will be notified with details and options.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
You will receive e-mail confirmation of an order if you provide an e-mail address during checkout.

When will my order ship?
Most orders are packed and shipped within 3 business days.
These shipping timelines only apply if the item you ordered is in stock and we experience no problems in processing your credit card or validating your address.
* If an item is on backorder, you will be notified by e-mail after you place your order and an estimated shipping date will be provided.
How do you ship?
We ship via UPS, and shipping times will vary based on your location. As a rough estimate, here are estimated delivery times if your order is shipped via UPS Ground:
